Queen Anne History -the Masonic Lodge

Queen Anne Lodge, is an important part of Queen Anne History in Seattle. Our building was constructed as one of the earlier infrastructure buildings in 1908. Queen Anne Hill has always been an ideal location for utilities such as water towers, IT hubs, and and radio towers because of its height and centrality to the rest of the region. Queen Anne Lodge is one of the earliest examples of such structures that now litter the hill.

Our building has whitened nearly all of Queen Anne History, being one of the oldest public structures on the hill.
